Age 57, passed away peacefully on June 15,2022 in Halifax after a heroic battle with Colon cancer. He was the son of the late Adelaide Thorne (Bellfountaine) and Eric Thorne.
Born in Cole Harbour Dartmouth Survived by his wife, Barbara Graves Thorne of Kentville; sisters, Lynn LeBlanc (Bob LeBlanc), and Janice Bregante (John Bregante); brother, Chris Thorne; stepsons, Rod Graves (Sue Cameau) Kentville , Jody Dunbar (Leanne Dunbar) Bayside; five grandchildren, Christine Caldwell Calgary, Michael and Meghan Graves Kentville, Robyn and Gracie Dunbar Bayside.
He was predeceased by his stepson, Shayne Dunbar
No service by request of his family. In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the Cancer Society for Colon and Rectal Cancer.
