At an extremely challenging time in our lives, Trevor and his family were there to assist with every step of planning. The kindness and professionalism shown to us from the first moment we contacted Tracey’s was above anything we could have expected, and Trevor’s warm and caring nature is not something that can be learned. I was very grateful to Mr. Tracey for everything he did to make our circumstances easier to bear. He couldn't have been more kind or helpful. His place of business on McQuade Lake Drive is a beautiful facility and makes you feel comfortable immediately, helping to relieve the sadness of the occasion. I wanted to make sure I thanked Jessica Randall (Funeral Director) and all the staff at T.J. Tracey Cremation And Burial Specialists for the amazing service they provided us during this difficult time.

I always thought of this profession as sad and depressing but I now have a new found understanding of the important role these wonderful people play during this unfortunate time. The staff at T.J. Tracey have been nothing but incredible. They made an otherwise devastating time in our lives as comforting and warm as it could be. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. Jessica walked us though everything with warmth, professionalism and a calmness that made us feel at ease. Also, the rest of the staff were just as professional and helpful as she was.

Even though it’s not something I want anyone else to go through, if you ever need their services in the future I highly recommend using them.
