Krystal, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your mother. I have so many fond memories of her from when we were growing up. In particular, we were shopping for adopt a family in grade 8 but we lost the money. Your mom reimbursed us for all the money we lost so we could buy the gifts. It was so generous.

I am a former team mate and friend of Colette. I am still in shock hearing of her passing as she was way too young. Colette was an amazing ball player but more importantly a great friend. What I will always remember beyond the hard work and talent are the laughs we shared. We had reconnected in the past 10 years and I am so grateful for every moment. Thinking of her family, especially her beautiful daughter who she loved so much. She beamed when she spoke of her and I am certain Colette will live on in her. Rest in Peace my dear friend. My sincere condolences to Collette’s family at this difficult time. I first met Collette through step dancing when we’re young teens. We became close friends and I have fond memories of hanging out at her parent's house, sleepovers and birthday parties. She will be missed dearly.

Q: How did you meet Colette?
A: I grew up in the same neighbourhood as Colette. She was few years younger than myself but our paths crossed many times over the years. She was such a gem and a Beautiful soul. We shared the same careers nursing and chatted many times about our love for our job. I was totally shock to hear about her passing.
